Settlement tasks
Accessible from the main menu under Settlements, the Settlement tasks interface enables authorized users to run tasks with task-specific parameters for each task type and schedule them to run.
Note: The Settlement tasks interface is available only to users who have a valid license and the Task template operations permission. For users without this permission, the main menu does not contain an entry for this interface.
The last updated date and time for this page displays beneath the page header. To reload the page with the most recent data, click Refresh () in the page header.
By default, the table consists of the following columns:

Task type
-
Task name
-
Task significance
-
Last run time
-
Next run time
Selecting the Actions menu () in the table row provides the following options for the task type:

View tasks. Allows you to view the tasks only associated with that specific task type template on the Task monitor page.

Run. Allows you to create and schedule a task template with task-specific parameters. For more information, see Running task types.
The table supports the following controls:

To change the sort order, select any column header to sort by that attribute. An up arrow appears in the column header, indicating that the sort is in ascending order. No arrow indicates the default sort order. Select the column header again to switch to descending order, indicated by a down arrow.

To pin any column to the left or right side of the table, hover over the preferred column header, select Menu (
), and select Pin Column. Then select Pin Left or Pin Right. To remove a column pin, select No Pin.
Tip: From the same menu, you can also reset the column width for either the current column or all columns. Select Autosize This Column or Autosize All Columns.

To reset the columns and clear all changes to the current view, hover over any column header, select Menu (
), and select Reset Columns.

To filter any column, hover over the column header, select Menu (
), select Filter (
), enter all or part of a value, and then press Enter. The results appear in the list. To clear the results, clear the filter box.

To download the task type file, select Actions menu (
) in the page header and click Download. The file saves to your browser's configured download folder.

To view more result on the same page, select the Items per page dropdown menu and select a different value.

To view results on a different page (if applicable), select the right and left arrows at the bottom of the page.
